Mario And Sonic At The Olympic Winter Games will be released for Wii and DS on 16 October and here is a new Gamescom trailer plus a big batch of screens

The trailer shows off more of the events you'll be able to compete in. So we have Luigi showing off his snowboard skills on the half-pipe, Tails doing the ski jump, Silver sending down a stone in curling and Bowser and Baby Bowser in a two-man toboggan.

The screens also show off some of the Dream Events in the Wii version including Dream Alpine, Dream Snowball Fight and Dream Snowboard Cross. You can also go shopping for outfits.

As for the DS version, we can see more of the adventure mode and the screens also show off some bobsleigh, figure skating and cross-country skiing action plus an even called Fever Hockey.

Take a look at the trailer and let us know if you're looking forward to it!

the mii suits and customisable options are like family ski, and make it more appealing.

wasn't really interested in this game at first but after that trailer I am know, I'm wondering what that hockey game is going to play like and if motion plus is being used. even if motion plus isn't being used all the other events look great and I hope that the game turns out good. :)

Sega would probably want to keep the ability categories for the characters in each team, which means there are 4 spaces left.
Gamers have found Jet the Hawk, Big the Cat and Birdo in the Beta version of the original Summer Olympics game, which means one space is left for team Mario. My votes are either for:
Diddy Kong (My little sister is a BiG Diddy fan)
Rosalina (Team Mario needs another girl!)

    NOTE 1: I am not a girl.
NOTE 2: I am not including Birdo when I say 'girl'. (Although I do think she is one.)

anyway, this might seem like a stupid question but, DOES ANYONE KNOW? WHAT ARE THE MAIN DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THIS GAME ON THE DS AND Wii?
