Pokémon Black and White Global Link goes live this month

Find out when

Nintendo has just announced that the Pokémon Black and White's Global Link website will be live from 30 March.

The games have been out since 4 March but the website which enables you to access the Dream World and the Global Battle Union hasn't gone live yet.

That's all set to change on 30 March when you'll be able to upload your saved data to and access specialised content.

According to Nintendo, this will give you a whole new way to play the game, as your actions while playing online will be reflected in your game's saved data.

Global Battle Union will be exciting for those who enjoy competitive battling. Using the Global Battle Union, you'll be able to compete with other Trainers anywhere, any time. Plus, you'll be able to sign up for official Pokémon Battle Competitions

Then there's the Dream World. By sending your Pokémon to the Dream World, you can see your Pokémon's dreams. Inside the Dream World, the Pokémon have their own homes and they can befriend other Pokémon by playing various mini games.

You can then transfer the Pokémon that you've made friends with over to your party in the main game. You can also communicate with other players who are in the Pokémon Dream World at the same time as you.

It should make the best game of the year so far even better.
