nice logo, very nice images in general. i like marios kart. always have done. but bowsers looks even beefier than usual! very hard chunky suspension! perfect for jumps

Yeah its pretty simple, I dont love the logo...its alright. I do however like Luigi's car with a hang glider on top!
I like it, because it keeps part of the old style logo (the 'Mario Kart' part), and introduces a new part to the logo (the '7' part).

Very predictable logo actually- when I saw the name's reveal, I expected a logo not too different to that one, with the large red 7 and all that. Not to say its a bad logo though- It's alright.
Some of the artwork isn't new though, I don't think...I'm certain some of it was released in the E3 press materials.
The logo reminds of the Formula 1 logo...I like it!
Logo is awesome, I love it. Now we have the logo the name's not bad at all.
It's looking stunning I think it might be a bridge between the hardcore racing of the first game and the party racing of the Wii title, but it has some nice new gameplay ideas keeping it fresh without over doing it by throwing gimmicky kart designs in. Now all I have to do is pray that blue shells have gotten the boot.
The 7 looks like that one from '007'. Mario meets James Bond?!

Luigi seems to look scared out of his mind as usual, and the logo seems to look a bit like the formula one logo (just a bit though). Maybe to attract a more harcore audience?

agreed. not that i am complaining, the karts look great. but they are not very different from previous designs.
i love the logo though. very cool and it seems to be aimed at the mario kart fan more than newbie, the newbie wouldn't realise how many games there have been.
Everyone seems to be missing the awesomeness of the carbon fibre texture of the logo!!
Don't know about anyone else, but upon hearing the name I instantly thought of the standard Mario Kart logo with a red 7 behind it! I quite like it, it's simple and effective.

meh, the logo's alright I guess. Personally, I prefer the older Mario Kart logo (you know, like Mario Kart 64). But if your gonna put a number at the end of a sequel, you've gotta start with 2, you can't name a series after the console it's on then start numbering them after 7 installments. I do like the kart design however, it's sort of similar to the Mario Kart DS style but with more detail. I especially love the hang gliders
Like the logo and the karts although I do find it a bit odd to just randomly start numbering sequels when you get to the seventh game but oh well.
I wish they would bring back specific karts from mario kart ds and double dash, they were just cooler
but I'm still happy, also the logo reminds me of formula 1, I think someone else said that above me 
One day the characters will be identical to the artwork, also by the way mario is standing on his kart while gliding makes me think... who's up for mario windsurfing!

It's kind of funny really, every gaming site on the internet is suddenly acting as if all these E3 era Mario Kart images are somehow brand new and were revealed alongside the new logo.
People think this name is unoriginal... but for ages we've been saying "let's do something that sounds original" to the point where even that has now become too original... So going back to basics is sometimes a needed thing. Things that have made a comeback in recent years and just have simple titles have done well in gaming and on TV.

The logo could do with a bit more colour, but not in large blocks.
The 7 in the title looks very pretty but couldn't they have done something a bit more...inventive for luigi's car?
I keep forgetting this game is out this year. Considering we know so little about it. I like the logo, it makes up for the dull numbered title. I just hope they make the boxart a little more interesting than plain white like MK DS and Wii.
That "7" looks like the font used for Goldeneye 007's "7"

Yes, amazing. The logo has that Mario Kart feel to it again. Hehe. I love the new 'go under water' theme. It lets you drive under water. Maybe there will be shortcuts where water (on the side of the track) will get you infront of your foes. Hope it has 12 characters to a course though, like in Mario Kart Wii.

I wonder if the gliders are some sort of new powerup, I can't think of why they'd be a permenant addition, maybe they just appear in a single track..
I enjoy the artwork and logo styling for Mario Kart 7. It is simple, clean cut and attractive.
To be honest I thought they would stick with Mario Kart 3D but I'm glad they changed it to Mario Kart 7. This game is right at the top of my 3DS most wanted list.
