A Nintendo hero is reborn in the new issue of Official Nintendo Magazine as we look forward to one of the biggest 3DS games of 2012: Kid Icarus Uprising.
We recently had the opportunity to visit Nintendo HQ to play the game and speak to the game's director: Masahiro Sakurai. You may also know him as the creator of Smash Bros and in our exclusive interview he even compares Kid Icarus Uprising to Smash Bros. Want to know exactly what he said? You'll have to buy the mag to find out.
In addition to the interview, we also look back over Pit's career in gaming while our Kid Icarus Uprising playtest gives you the lowdown on Pit's new weapons plus the bosses you'll have to face in his new action packed adventure.
Yet Pit isn't the only Nintendo hero who is making a return this year. We bring you more amazing new info on Animal Crossing 3D which heads up a preview section that also includes Sega's excellent rhythm action game Rhythm Thief And The Emperor's Treasure and Square-Enix's 3DS RPG Heroes Of Ruin.
That's all to come in the future but this month we're all about Resident Evil Revelations. Capcom's survival horror game is released on 27 January and you can find out why it's the first must-buy game of 2012 by reading our review.
i got a subscription at Christmas but this issue is still not here. i live in Ireland so does anyone know how many days after today i should get it? thanks
Overall good magazine but one thing really agravated me: ONM Mario Kart Wii Review "Finally, the bikes. They were a controversial inclusion, but the truth is they work very well. They don't actually handle too differently from the karts. The main difference to consider is that they only get blue boosts when turning, not red. Although this may seem like it makes the bikes weaker than karts, there's a reason for this: your bike can also do a wheelie on any straight (for a slight speed boost) by flicking the Wheel up. Believe it or not (whisper it again), we actually ended up preferring the bikes to the karts." and then in this issue and the last few I found you calling them rubbish. YOU ARE SO TWO-FACED, WHY DON'T YOU MAKE UP YOUR MIND ARE THE BIKES RUBBISH OR NOT?? SO, WHICH ONE IS IT THEN?
