UK Charts: Resident Evil Revelations beats Mario Kart 7

Latest All-format, Wii, 3DS and DS charts

Mario Kart 7's reign at pole position of the 3DS charts is over as Resident Evil Revelations went straight in at number one. It was a good opening weekend for Capcom's survival horror game as Revelations also went in at number six in the All-format chart.

Elsewhere it was business as usual as FIFA 12 is still the UK number one, Just Dance 3 remains on top of the Wii chart and Moshi Monsters: Moshling Zoo beat Professor Layton And The Spectre's Call to the top of the DS chart.

Interestingly, the Wii top ten is exactly the same as last week with no games shifting positions.

How did it manage that? I went out on Saturday and didn't see any sign of Resi in HMV or Gamestation.
Great to see it riding high, especially to get up to no. 6 in the All Format charts.

Rayman 3D sells better than Zelda, I'm pretty impressed.

I found Revelations sold out everywhere, and according to the store workers in most of the places, I was far from the only one! No doubt it could have done better if more were shipped!

Play.com have some in stock atm :D, that's where I got mine and that's why it's probably in the charts for once because there's actually stock! Namco should take note and release more here as it's obvious there's a high demand for it since it's taken me since November to get the game D=

TALES OF ABYSS = AWESOME, Please buy to support this franchise so we can have more released over here :)

Great to see Resident Evil doing so well,I must admit I had a lot of trouble to find this game, everywhere sold out,I ended up getting mine from Argos, and it was the last one available.
    I'm glad I've got it,such a brilliant game.

The Wii chart is depressing, apart from Skyward Sword there's nothing released recently of interest to me in the top 10.

I wish the actual GAMES would beat the likes of Just Dance and Zumba Fitness on the Wii charts...
