Keldeo was officially revealed in the pages of CoroCoro magazine earlier this week. Now we have the first official artwork of the 647th Pokemon.
It is also the star of the 15th Pokemon movie - Kyurem and the Sacred Swordsman - Keldeo. Kyurem is the 646th Pokemon, a member of the Legendary Tao trio alongside Pokemon Black and White mascots Reshiram and Zekrom.
After revealing Keldeo in this month's issue, CoroCoro is promising surprising Pokemon news next month.

I like the picture where all four of them are together, looks really cool. Would actually want that as a wallpaper, but I like my Okami one too much
Can't wait for this event.
I have to say, I would have liked his mane (or the Cobalt coloured thing around his head) to have been Green and for his horn to have had a golden edge. It would show a relation to his Muskateer brothers and the blade would have made him more Majestic and look like a real Swordsman.
Keldeo looks awesome! His shiny version is even cooler as well and he has a great mixture of types.
Definetly going to get him at, no matter what!
@CraigEmberson His Shiny's mane is green. But it'll be very unlikely that you'll get the shiny version.

He's a member of the "Muskedeers". Based on the story of the three musketeers
Cobalion = Athos, the leader
Terrakion = Porthos
Virizion = Aramis
Keldeo = d'Artagnan, the orphan who the other three look out for
i dont really get why coro coro announced keldeo because pokemon fans have known about him for a long time now since black and white was released

Keldeo looks really good! I'd gladly have that in my team. And I like the whole Musketeers thing, the movie should be good.
Because we knew it by sifting through the data of the games. They shouldn't ruin and scrap their plans just because a minority, the internet fandom, decided to view it early.
Guys, Keldeo isn't a unicorn. Keldeo is based on the Kelpie from Celtic folkore, hence it's name Keldeo.
Also, the Tao Trio is Reshiram, Zekrom and Kyurem. Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion and Keldeo are known as the "Musketeers", "Muskedeers" or "Sacred Swordsmen".
