First Nintendo Direct Europe video to be broadcast tomorrow

Watch it on nintendo.co.uk

Nintendo Europe will broadcast its first Nintendo Direct video tomorrow at noon.

While Nintendo Japan and Nintendo US have shared the latest 3DS news in Nintendo Direct messages in the past, this is the first time Nintendo Europe has done a similar thing.

So that means you've got three Nintendo Direct messages to look forward to tomorrow. First up is Nintendo President Satoru Iwata at 11am.

That will be followed by the Nintendo Europe message at midday. You can watch it at nintendo.co.uk.

Finally, Reggie Fils-Aime will be delivering his own Nintendo Direct video tomorrow afternoon at 2pm.

With all three territories broadcasting, it sounds like it could be a big deal. What do you think will be shown off?

It must be big news if all 3 regions are gonna be broadcasting this news. I wonder what it could be...

Hopefully some new Wii U details, but I can't guess exactly what. Also hoping there'll be some big 3ds software announcements too.

And on the day of Vita's Western Launch? This is potential very aggressive from Nintendo and VERY interesting.

Why can't they be after school? :(
No, I see why. Just would have loved to watch them.

I would be bothered, except i will be playing on vita all day tommorow. Is anyone else getting a vita. I have a 3DS and do like it, but let's be honest the vitas going to be much MUCH better than the 3DS

They correspond with my free periods so I might be-able to catch up with the news AT school.

    I know, I know, I'm cool.

I hope it's luigi's mansion 2 release date (and other release dates).

I would love a Wii U release date, but that's way too far off for an actual date yet.

Maybe it's some information about Nintendo Network / DLC.

I'd say its too early to call! the vita is a TECHNOLOGICAL feat, but it's got a fair amount of catching up to do, market-wise, and I've heard that it has a few hindrances of its own!
Yeah, may be better for YOU but overall, we'll have to wait and see... 8)

nintendo is turning party crasher. i like that. they dont usually do that. so now they will present to the world something like a new pokemon, smash bros happens to be out tommorow, the wii u is so cool it is actually better defintion than real life, and that the 3ds has the capability to turn into a helicopter.

because party crashing on this scale has to be good...

All three regions? A free upgrade for the 3DS to make it rival the PS Vita!

    I bloody wish...

I think it will be details on the software that's coming over the next month and perhaps details on the Wii U. I don't think that the clash of dates with the PS Vita launch are an "attack" but more to put 3DS owners at rest when the (soon to be) Vita owners will have such a big launch game line-up to keep them occupied. Nintendo have always won the handheld competition and I don't see that changing now. Who needs a trackpad on the back of their console? Not me...

I wonder if it may be the hinted name change to the Wii U??
Otherwise it will just be an update on release dates on games or the Wii U?? maybe it will be released on the E3 Show date!!! lol maybe not!!! lol

The Vita did horribly at launch in Japan and America

Whilst I wouldn't call it an attack on the Vita's launch, more target marketing: it is definitely done to coincide with the launch. Nintendo see Sony as their main rivals in the handheld space, since they don't count ios, and when was Monster Hunter released in Japan?-The day of the Vita launch. No coincidence.

I think we will definitely get a Monster hunter Tri release date, and Mario tennis, then updates on Animal Crossing, Luigi's Mansion etc. Perhaps a showcase of the casual software they are developing for 3ds they mentioned a while back. Doubt we will see any WiiU-although I will happily be proved wrong.

this is going to be great and fun. personally the 3ds will always be better, though i am saving up for a ps vita because
it s got lBp AND SOME OTHERS BUT NOT AS GOOD GAMES TO COMPETE WITH 3DS.

I think the announcement will be about the Nintendo network and say if there are any extra features of it . Also bound to be a few announcements about upcoming games and new things they are working on that we don't know about yet!!

Anywhoo, does anyone know whether you can watch it after, because with the E3 show I had to watch it on a bad quality youtube videoo, and youtube is down on my laptop so...

Well, if they wanted to rain on the Vita's parade, announcing an exclusive Call Of Duty 3DS game would certainly do it.

Or, could they be announcing the EU winners of the limited edition 3DS?

or they could give us new software to break all ps vitas within a five mile radius

I should probably explain my previous post. I am one of those people who watch something a couple of times to really, you kow, watch it.

Japanese one may have info on Animal crossing and Kingdom hearts (since they're being released soon), possible wii u news. European and American ones may focus on kid icarus, possibly luigi's mansion. European stream may have info on Zelda eshop cards (promised last year and still no sign), Shaun the sheep episodes, future of ds games and i'd love to see that Ninokuni will be released but that could just be me. Do think though another major update is due and a game announcement maybe. Not long now though!

Bit of a cop-out it just being subtitled/overdubbed. Then again Nintendo Europe don't have anybody like Satoru Iwata, Masahiro Sakurai or Reggie. Also, where can I get a top/jacket like the one Sakurai-san was wearing. How cool is that man?
