Pokemon Black and White 2: Kyurem's formes explained

Why the cover stars look like Reshiram and Zekrom

Did you wonder why Black Kyurem and White Kyurem - the cover stars of Pokemon Black and White 2 - look like Reshiram and Zekrom. All is explained in the latest Pokemon movie trailer.

At the beginning of the trailer we see the original Kyurem - the one you may have caught in Pokemon Black and White - absorbing energy from Reshiram and Zekrom.

According to the official Pokemon movie website, Kyurem absorbs Reshiram and Zekrom's genes to become Black Kyurem or White Kyurem. These are two new Legendary Pokemon but other than the fact that they have Reshiram and Zekrom's genes we know very little about them. Their Types and moves have yet to be officially revealed.

As for the movie itself, Kyurem - the strongest dragon on earth - attacks Ash and crew when they were on their way to rescue Keldeo.

    Full movie summary so far:

Ash and Co. head toward Rooshan/Roushan. While on a train passing through the mountains, Ash spots an injured Pokemon he's never seen before, collapsed. This is the phantom Pokemon, Keldeo who is said to be the successor to Cobalion and Co., the masters of the Sacred Sword who protect the world. At that moment, Kyurem appears and begins attacking, changing into Black Kyurem & White Kyurem in doing so. This blocks Ash & co's path to Keldeo. Ash and co. just manage to escape from Kyurem's pursuit, by the skin of their teeth. The battle rages between Kyurem, chasing Keldeo, and the train and hot-air balloon in the sky. Can Keldeo, Ash and co. overcome this danger?

But, I thought Kyurem was the shell of the pokemon that spilt into two making Reshiram and Zekrom. :o

I actually believe that Kyurem originally was those 2 beings and merged into one, destroying him and expelling the Black and White powers - giving birth to Reshiram and Zekrom. I bet in this movie, he comes into contact with Reshiram and Zekrom and absorbs them to turn into one of those formes again.
