Zombie games through the ages

How many have you played?

There are just four days to go until Wii U is released which means there's not long to go until you get to play ZombiU, the best Wii U game so far.

As we said in out ZombiU review, its the sort of game we never thought we'd see so early in the console's lifecycle. An 18-rated shooter might not be the sort of game you associate with Nintendo but as you're about to find out, it's just the latest zombie game to appear on a Nintendo console. So join us as we shuffle through a selected history of zombie games over the years.

1984, ZX Spectrum

The first zombie game was an isometric action title in which you had to guide zombies to their doom to prevent them taking over the world.

I'm sorry, but this is a really shoddy article. Mistakes galore, and it seems weird to feature certain big games that were on other formats, but not other, more recent ones.

And only black ops and black ops 2 have had zombies. Not Modern Warfare 2 or 3

Terrible article, as you say people, riddled with mistakes. Screenshots don't match up to the game they supposedly referred to. Shoddy workmanship!!

They're really milking the whole Zombies thing, just to overhype a certain Wii U launch game that I'm sick and tired of hearing about everyday and can't get away from. Oh, and yeah shoddy article.
