Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Gates To Infinity coming to the US in March 2013

Magnagate and the Infinite Labyrinth has a new name

Nintendo have confirmed the US release date for the first Pokemon Mystery Dungeon 3DS game. Called Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: The Gates Of Infinity, it will be released in the US on 24 March 2013.

The Gates Of Infinity is the US name for Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Magnagate and the Infinite Labyrinth which was recently released in Japan.

You enter the 20 randomly created dungeons through Magnagates, scanning circular objects in the real world using the Nintendo 3DS Camera to gain access.

Pokemon from Pokemon Black And White's Unova region such as Snivy, Oshawott, and Tepig will be joined by old favourites like Pikachu as they explore what Nintendo describe as a vast and beautiful world.

Do you mean there are only 20 dungeons in the whole game or each dungeon has 20 different layouts?

It means there are 20 kinds of Dungeon you can create, using the Magnagate through AR. It detects the colour of the round object in the real world, then will decide a randomly generated place to play in (e.g. Take a picture of an orange, you'l enter a sunny level or a volcanic area.

There's just under 40 standard dungeons outside of Magnagates

Fourty standard dungeons is pretty much. Disregarding the starters, the game is sweet on sight. Now waiting for an European release date! Woohoo

It's probably coming out somewhere between June and August (rough estimate).
