New Professor Layton And The Azran Legacies screenshots show amazing new characters, puzzles and more

Out this month in Japan. We can't wait to play it!

We've seen some pretty crazy-looking characters in Professor Layton games. The scotsman whose face is covered with hair springs to mind, but this new character from Professor Layton And The Azran Legacies could be the strangest one yet.

This new gallery of screenshots and artwork has made us even more excited about Layton's final adventure, even if if does looks like Luke will be doing his Dr Doolittle impersonation again and chatting up a chipmunk.

One cutscene shows off a new boat and we can also see a puzzle in which, presumably, you'll have to help Layton get from one side of the river to the other.

There's also another one of those puzzles in which you have to create an image by moving different coloured blocks of tiles. Those were really hard in Professor Layton And The Mask Of Miracle.

Very exciting, happy to see some screens, just I preferred Monte D'Or's (?) setting, and it's story (so far, much less ludicrous then how Specter's Call ended...) and, well ,EVERYTHING! I reckon it's gonna be more favourite, with Pandora's Box 2nd, and most likely this 3rd
