Dragon Quest X Wii U coming to Japan next month

Wii U version of Wii RPG coming in March

The release date for the Wii U version of Dragon Quest X has been announced for Japan. Dragon Quest X Wii U will be coming out on 30 March, more than six months after it was released for Wii in the country.

Of course, we're still waiting for Dragon Quest X to be released in the UK but the Wii U RPG will be available as part of a Dragon Quest X Wii U Premium Set in Japan where it will cost 42,000 Yen. This set includes a copy of the game, a Wii U Pro Controller, a 1000 Yen pre-paid card which you can use to play online and an item code.

The Wii U version of the game features orchestrated music and HD visuals but those who bought the original Wii game will get a 50% discount on the Wii U version.

Would you like Dragon Quest X Wii U to be released in the UK?

I personally would like a 3DS version of the game; one that would take advantage of the 3DS' features.
