The Walking Dead: Survival Instinct is a first-person stealth/action game based on the hit graphic novel and TV series and while the game is coming to Xbox 360, PS3 and PC, the Wii U version will take advantage of the console's unique features as you'll use the GamePad touchscreen to manage inventory, like you did in ZombiU.

I'm looking forward to this game. It's arrived under the publicity radar which normally means take caution... but it appears intriguing and I like the styling. I wonder how it will stack up against ZombiU?

a game that's out today and no one has a review for that's concerning.
think the best we can hope for is that the game suffers from inventory issues so the Wii U version sucks less

Looks good - and as it's a shooter by Activision, it's bound to be good, seeming as the publisher works on a little known series by the name of CALL OF DUTY... My one gripe is the graphics, they're not exactly, hmm, well, ZombiU like haha

It might be good for you to know that just because Activision are the publishers, it doesn't mean it's in the same league as Call of Duty. Remember, it's the developers that do all the work on the game, the publisher just gets it out to players.
For comarison, Nintendo publised Ninja Gaiden: Razors Edge for Wii U in the US and Europe, but it's still a Team Ninja game.

Compared to this,ZombiU is a graphical masterpiece.
    I think I'll be keeping that,I'm afraid.

This game is not going to be as good as The Walking Dead Game or ZombiU. The Walking Dead was so moving when it came to story that it is, in my opinion, one of the things that makes me proud to love video games. ZombiU used the new WiiU features so well that it became impossible for me to see why anyone could argue not buying a Wii U. It also says "based off the graphic novels and the TV show" which is just a lie, it is based of the TV show based off the graphic novels. Whilst The Walking Dead is one of my favorite series and WiiU is my favorite console I will not be buying this game.

I don't think it will be a bad game and people seriously need to stop comparing it to Traveller's Tales point and click game, they are two completely different genres!

Why is everyone hating on this game? Some of the early screenshots looked a bit iffy and Terminal Reality don't have a stellar track record. But in my opinion, this trailer depicts the games potential and I think it could be a good shooter.

Wii U needs more FPS games anyway because I hear that's what the 'hardcore' gamers play.

Very tempted to get this, I really don't think that it'll be as bad as everyone had feared. Still not great, but looks enjoyable at the very least.

Oddly, Amazon has this listed to be released this Friday in the UK and on the WiiU, rather than the 29th.

If you are interested the first 2 hours of the game has been posted to IGN and I think I will be getting this game because I am a big fan of the TV series and Daryl (the main game character) is such a badass character in the TV show I would love to see him before Atlanta so I think I will get this game because I love choice based games
