Pokemon Rumble U: More figures revealed

Seven more figures announced for the first Wii U game to take advantage of NFC

The Pokemon Company has revealed the second set of figures for Pokemon Rumble U, the first Nintendo game to make use of the Wii U GamePad's NFC reader.

The first set of figures will be released on 24 April, the same day as the game's release but The Pokemon Company will release seven more figures the following month. Yes, on 25 May, fans living in Japan will be able to buy Eevee, Mewtwo, Croagunk, Zoroark, Litwick and Genesect figures as well as another secret figure.

As well as the figures, you'll be able to unlock Pokemon with passwords (CoroCoro featured a Shiny Garchomp password this issue) and IC Cards. IC Cards are like our own Oyster Cards in Japan and can be used for train and bus travel and you'll be able to place the card on the GamePad to unlock random one-use Pokemon to help you Place these Cards on the GamePad.

As for the game itself, the latest edition of CoroCoro revealed that special abilities return and you'll be able to set some of them yourself and change and boost the ability of your Pokemon using coins that you can spend in the game.You can also use coins to set the names of various Pokemon toys.

When you begin playing Pokemon Rumble U, you can choose to play as Pikachu or the Pokemon Black And White Starters Snivy, Tepig and Oshawott
