Top 10 best third generation Pokemon

Who were the finest new Pokemon in Ruby/Sapphire and Emerald?

3. Blaziken

This Fire/Fighting Pokemon is the final form of Fire Starter Torchic but will will undergo another transformation when it Mega Evolves in Pokemon X and Y and gains a Speed Boost. If Torchic was the chick, Blaziken is the chicken. Not that you see many chickens producing fire from their wrists and ankles before using their strong, powerful legs to pull off a new form a martial art. This is a different breed.

My all-time favourite Pokemon and it's the only starter in the uber tier (correct me if I'm wrong, my sources may be false) which means it is a powerhouse. and is one of the few Legendaries with his own signature move: BLAZE KICK. Blaziken411

Yeah! Flygon and Gardevoir! The third generation had some of the best Pokčmon ever if you ask me.

Can't argue against Absols being amazing...
But IMO (and my opinion only), nothing tops my Swellow (Cheep) and Altaria (Fluffy) who have followed me ever since Sapphire all the way to Black 2 where they are now, and soon to follow me in X. Ah, 3rd gen memories :3

I'm disappointed in the lack of a Ludicolo in this list. Ludicolo is a LudicoBro.

    Got in there on Rayquaza.
    Woo! :D
Gen 3 is easily one of my favorite Generations.
I also wanted to add a reference to Luigi at the end but couldn't think of a way other than like a certain plumber which wasn't very creative and I like being creative (Even if I'm not too good at it sometimes).

I like that picture of Treeco. Its as if hes saying 'want some of this b***h'. Treeco has been my favourite grass starter but my favourite gen 3 pokemon are Kyogre with all its raw power combined with drizzle and Latias/Latios cause they are strong and look cool.

I hope we get a Ruby and Sapphire Remake for the 3DS

Look at Treecko's nose! I mean seriously. That's one huge nose for such a tiny reptile. Nosepass was introduced in the same generation, but it was meant to have a large nose. Treecko's... What a nose!

Anyway, as my avatar suggests, I'm not at all unhappy about the first place. I am unhappy about the lack of dancing pineapples in this top ten.

i meant non-legendary. and i must say, gen 3 was my second favourite, and it's roster holds 2 places on my top 5 pokemon list. i hope gen 6 can top it.

Pretty obvious choices, but considering that there will probably be a good chunk of non-pokémon fans I think it's fine.

Where is Aggron and Ludicolo though?
