Thought that collecting 493 Pokemon was hard? If you're a hardcore Pokémon fan there's loads of stuff to collect besides digital monsters. From limited edition handheld consoles to toys and even toothbrushes here's a random collection of great collectibles that every Pokémon fan would surely like to own. You'll have to search for them though - most of these collectables aren't available in the shops (at least not in the UK) so eBay might be your best bet!

A strange little card game. A narrator reads the story while players train up their Pokémon and do battle with wild Pokémon and Trainers.
There were many Pokémon-themed GBAs for sale in Japan. This Torchic GBA is the most understated (you can barely see the Torchic detail on the top) and was only available from the Japanese Pokémon Center.
This is a special edition DS designed to promote the Pokémon theme park in Nagoya, Japan.
You know those crane games you see at the fairground? Japan's crazy for this kind of thing so there were plenty of Pokémon toys made especially for these machines. These are pretty popular among collectors.
These Togepi toys are brilliant. The biggest one does nothing apart from look amazing, the two medium ones talk while the smallest one responds to sound and shouts at you.
Pokémon Game Boy Micro
If you saw this from a distance you might not know that it's a special Pokémon-themed Micro. A tiny Pikachu sits above the b button.
An essential item in any Poké-fan's wash bag, this Pikachu toothbrush can be bought in grocery stores in Japan.
Munchlax Munching Game
Munchlax spins around, opening his mouth, and players have to flick plastic sweets in his mouth. Ingenious!
Plusle Beach Ball
It had to happen - this is perhaps the best beach ball we've ever seen. It's a Poké Ball containing Plusle's playmate Minun.
Snorlax may be fat but he doesn't hog the food. Push the bottom of this dispenser and he'll give you a sweet.
Looking to add style to an outfit? You won't want to wear these. A tacky set of Pokémon rings allows you to take Blastoise, Mewtwo and pals with you wherever you go.
Click that yellow lever and this contraption will dispense special Pokémon stickers. Your friends would love you if you covered them in Pikachu stickers. Or maybe not..
Sure it can only hold a few pens and a small book but this this Pikachu rucksack looks great. There's a Jigglypuff rucksack too.
Reversible Pokémon that turn into Pokéballs. Undo the zip, turn them inside out and they're transformed. We still feel a little bit cruel whenever we have to make Jigglypuff implode
for our own entertainment, though.
