Monster Hunter Tri: DLC on the way

Download content for Capcom's new Wii game
Capcom is planning to release downloadable content for Monster Hunter Tri.

At a special event in London today, Nintendo (the European publisher) revealed that gamers will be able to download extra content for the game which will be released for Wii in April.

This is good news as not a great deal of Wii games have benefited from downloadable content. You can download new items for Animal Crossing: Let's Go To The City for free every now and then, new items were made available for Final Fantasy: My Life As A King and Guitar Hero fans are often able to download new songs but it's fair to say that DLC hasn't really taken off on Wii.

Have you ever downloaded extra content for any of your Wii games? Let us know by commenting below...
