As we revealed last month, the UK version of Pokémon HeartGold/SoulSilver will feature a mini-game that wasn't in the Japanese version. It's called Voltorb Flip and here are the first ever screenshots.
Voltorb Flip is available to play at the Game Corner in Goldenrod City. It's a cross between Picross and Minesweeper with the aim being to uncover coins and coin multipliers without revealing a Voltorb.
Once you've found all the multipliers you win the level and progress to a harder level where you can win more coins.

You can then trade the coins for prizes. There are three Pokemon to buy (including Dratini), six TMs (including Swords Dance and Flamethrower) and four Hold Items (including Metronome, which is handy for increasing the power of moves you use regularly).
The screens show the Game Corner building, the Voltorb Flip table, a few more of the game being played and three lists of items that can be bought.
