We Cheer

And you thought Wii Sports made you look daft
Let's get this out of the way before anyone gets suspicious: we don't dislike We Cheer because it made everyone else in the office laugh at us as we tried to perform an elaborate dance routine to Everybody Dance Now by C+C Music Factory. No, we dislike We Cheer because it simply doesn't work.

The player is required to perform cheerleading moves by watching lines drawn out on the screen and then repeating those movements with their Wii Remotes (two are needed to play - one for each hand) but the truth is that, after numerous attempts to follow the directions perfectly, the Remote just isn't accurate enough to pick up these motions and we failed every song we played, time and time again.

The fact is, without trying to sound arrogant, if we can't get the game to work we doubt a ten year-old girl will. To be honest, you'd have more fun waving your Remotes about while watching High School Musical 3.

It had potential but at the end of the day it just doesn't work. This really needs Wii MotionPlus.
  Great range of licensed music
  It's absurdly unresponsive
  Requires two Remotes
  Confusing dance commands
  It's ultimately broken
