The designer of N64 classic GoldenEye has told ONM that he'd love to see his old shooter on Virtual Console.
In an interview with Official Nintendo Magazine, Martin Hollis (GoldenEye, Perfect Dark) admitted that legal issues could prevent it from ever being re-released through Nintendo's download service.
"There's always someone with some exclusivity agreement, so there's lots of lawyers... I'm not going to hold my breath. I'd love it to happen, but I can't see it," said Hollis.
Martin Hollis reveals more about the making of GoldenEye and his new WiiWare game Bonsai Barber in issue 43 of Official Nintendo Magazine which is on sale now.
