I've never seen that Megaman cover before. It looks terrible! I had a much different box for mine which was a fair improvement on that.

Wow, that list made me laugh. The Phalanx cover in particular is just weird beyond belief.

However, I didn't think Rad Gravity's artwork was that bad. Cheesy? Yes. But not bad as such...

The Mario's Time Machine cover doesn't look that bad, either. Although the Abraham Lincoln part does look odd, I'll give you that.
